TRAIN
A mat-based + infrared heated experience. 45 minutes of functional dumbbell + bodyweight training, rooted in the beat of the music. Train is a strength focused Practice.
High rep, low weight! Body weight, bands, light dumbbells. All to the beat of the music.
MAT 45
Low rep, higher weight! Load bearing movements using medium/heavy dumbbells (up to 20lb). All to the beat of the music.
