A true rhythm-based indoor cycling experience. 45 minutes of big beats + big energy. Cycle is a cardio + resistance focused Practice.

Test your endurance in our Xtended Practice! On the schedule the last Saturday of every month + special events.

CYCLE 60

Workshop-style Practices that periodically are added to schedule. These are focused on building foundational skills of indoor cycling. Great for new riders + seasoned riders who want to strengthen their skillsets.

A mat-based + infrared heated experience. 45 minutes of functional dumbbell + bodyweight training, rooted in the beat of the music. Train is a strength focused Practice.
