How do I book into a Practice?

When can I sign up for Practices?

  • You can book Practices any time using our free app or website. Practices go live every Sunday at 2pm for the following 14 days.

How much are cycling shoe rentals + mat rentals?

  • Shoes are $2.00 per rental.

Can I bring my own spin shoes + my own mat?

  • Yes! We encourage you to bring your own shoes + mat. Our bikes pedals are SPD + Delta cleat compatible.

Can I ride in tennis shoes?

  • No, we do not have tennis shoe cages on our bikes.

Can I book a Pracvtice for my guest?

  • Yes! You can book your guest into a Practice if you have a membership or a Practice Pack that supports guest booking.

How early should I arrive to Practice?

  • If it's your first time, please arrive 15 mins early to ensure you are set up properly.

Do you provide water?

  • Yes, we have water for purchase in-studio or you can bring your own bottle and use our filtered water dispenser for free.

Do you have showers?

  • Yes! First come first serve.

It’s my first Practice, what do I need to know?

  • Arrive 15 minutes early + check-in at the front desk. XCrew will give you a tour of the studio, help you find spot + set up. Bring your own shoes/mat (or rent them), socks, a water bottle and workout clothes. Filtered water is available at the studio, as well as water bottles for sale.

Am I supposed to know all the moves?

  • No. Rhythm-based movement takes practice, and our coaches will coach you through it all. We ask that you are patient with yourself, honor where you are, and continue to practice with us often for you to gain exposure and confidence in the movements.

If I buy a Practice Pack, does it expire?

  • Yes! Practice Packs have a 30 days expiration date. You can view your credits + their expiration dates in your account on our website or through the mobile app.

What is the Cancellation Policy for Practices I’ve signed up for?

  • There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for Practices. 

  • If you reserved the Practice using an Unlimited Membership, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. 

  • If you reserved the Pracvtice using a Practice credit, you will lose your Practice credit.

What happens if I arrive late to a Practice?

  • If you are running late for Practice, call us. However, please note that 2 minutes before Practice begins any unclaimed spots will be released to those on the waitlist. Once Practice begins you will not be allowed in the room.

What happens if I need to leave a Practice early?

  • We discourage leaving Practice early + hold our community accountable to the Practice + Practice length they signed up for. However, in the event that you have to leave early, let your coach or XCrew know before Practice begins. Use the dedicated exit while Practice is going on.

What is your Cancellation Policy for Unlimited Monthly Memberships with a 6-month commitment?

  • We do not allow cancellations for Memberships in the first 6-months. After the first 6-months, you can cancel your Membership anytime upon written request.

What is your Refund Policy?

  • We are unable to refund Practice Packs, Practice Credits, or Unlimited Memberships. If you have purchased a retail item, the item must not have been worn and must have the original tags attached.
